Contingency Search
Otherwise known as Database Search, utilising Media Pathways Talent Banks. Our Consultants will take a job brief and then match the specification against our pre-screened candidates.

Retainer Based Search (Headhunting)
Sometimes called headhunting. The retainer is a third (1/3) of the fee upfront, based on the anticipated salary package, a second payment (1/3) is payable on short listing an agreed number of candidates and the final payment (1/3) is payable on placement. The benefit to the client in adopting this service is the guarantee of priority and a set time frame for the delivery of suitable candidates.

Client Paid Advertising (Branded Recruitment)
Usually when there is a requirement for more than one candidate, a specific skill set is sought or a client wishes to have a branded recruitment presence, we offer client-paid-advertising in which Media Pathways manages the advertising response. We advise you on a cost effective advertising campaign  and then manage the response by shortlisting candidates through a comprehensive assessment.
