Digital Agency Coordinator | $45– $55k

Responsibility:
Assists in the managing of client business on a daily basis

Reporting Line:
Media Planner/Buyer and/or Media Manager/Group Head

Key Interfaces:
Group Head/Media Director, Planning and Buying teams, Media suppliers

Main Tasks:

  • Assisting the buying and planning teams to prepare presentations, confirm media bookings, send material instructions
  • Assisting in the collection of all media information to provide full implementation services
  • Collecting data for post analysis and competitive reports
  • Processing and data entry loading media bookings
  • Loading research disks/data
  • Media monitoring, proof of performance and post analysis
  • Sourcing media rates
  • Checking and matching media confirmations and pre-telecast times
  • Collecting and distributing tear sheets
  • Monitoring spots against bookings
  • Assistant with budget reconciliation, checks invoices, supports account query process
  • Updating work in progress reports
